Gucci showcases its Spring 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection by closing down Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.

If there’s one thing we know about Alessandro Michele, it’s that he never does anything small. Remember Gucci Aria, where he “hacked” Balenciaga? How about the recent Gucci Garden Archetypes that made its way around the world from Europe to Asia? Now, from the brilliant creative director, comes the Gucci Love Parade.
Set in Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, the show saw a mixture of everything Hollywood: Western heroes, sultry 60s stars, and Old Hollywood glam. Western characters come in the form of cowboy hats, denim ensembles, well fitting suits, and intricately detailed wide leg trousers. Adding some sexiness to the show are the sultry 60s looks—all lace, sheer pieces, and stockings. Models also strutted the runway (or streets, literally) in silk suits, feather boas, serpentine cut dresses, and feather-lined pieces that gives a nod to Old Hollywood glam we all know and love.
Of course, it wouldn’t be an ode to Hollywood without its star studded guests. Big names such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, Dakota Johnson, Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish, and Serena Williams are among those who were present for the show. Some stars also had a special appearance during the show. Jared Leto, Macaulay Culkin, Phoebe Bridges, and Jodie Turner-Smith strutted the runway in their Gucci ensembles, making it an all-around Hollywood event like no other.
