The recent MEGA Ball was a night to remember, bringing together the crème de la crème of the art and fashion industries. The event was an exquisite celebration of creativity and style, where attendees showcased their unique fashion choices and mingled with fellow luminaries. The diversity and energy of the attendees perfectly mirrored the mix of celebrated art and fashion on display throughout the evening.

The event proved to be a magnificent fusion of creativity, style, and star power as a diverse array of personalities graced the event, creating an electrifying atmosphere that was impossible to ignore. From renowned artists and designers to influential entrepreneurs and captivating performers, the guest list was a tapestry of talent that left us in awe.
With an overwhelming number of remarkable personalities in attendance, it is almost impossible to name them all. Despite this, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to recount the unforgettable memories created in the event, as well as the people who made them.
Living through art
The festivities kicked off with cocktails at the Upper Lobby of The Peninsula Manila, setting the tone for a night filled with laughter and camaraderie. Notable personalities like Marga Nograles, Korina Sanchez, and Apples Aberin were spotted, sharing light-hearted moments and enjoying the ambiance.
Moving into The Conservatory, guests were treated to a mesmerizing array of art pieces. Suzette Ayson was seen perusing the gallery, captivated by the works of Mark Justiniani, while power couple Keri and Frances Zamora, as well as recognized Master Daniel Dela Cruz and former Manila district congressman Miles Roces admired the craftsmanship of various artists. Even Dr. Z and Aivee Teo took a moment to appreciate the exquisite Ramon Orlina pieces, adding a touch of sophistication to the evening.
One can also spot familiar faces such as Rhian Ramos, Sam Verzosa, Tim Yap, Keri and Francis Zamora, Sharyn Wong, Juan Sarte, Michelle See-Tan, Camille Robiou du Pont, Tim Yap, Iza Calzado, Robbie Carmona, and Bianca Gonzalez.
A night to remember
After immersing themselves in the art and fashion exhibit, the guests made their way to the grand Rigodon Ballroom for dinner and the main event. The Peninsula Manila treated everyone to a delectable full-course meal.
Jojie Dingcong, Brian Poe, and Marga Gutierrez were all smiles at the MEGA Ball. Andrea Tetangco, Milka Romero, and Samantha Bermudez shared a table, engaging in lively conversations.
Shortly after, Hayden Kho made a grand entrance with LA Aguinaldo, Nikki de Moura, and Bethany Talbot. Everyone made their hellos and sat down for the show to begin.
Attendees also included Mark and Em Villar, Ces Drilon, Steven Tan, Marga Nograles, Kathy Yap-Huang, Nikki Martel, Erickson and Roxanne Farillas, Joel Prado and Carla Prado, and Anette Gozon.
A celebration of the arts
The program showcased breathtaking performances by the Manila String Machine and the cast of Ang Huling El Bimbo. MEGA Editor-in-Chief Peewee Reyes Isidro delivered an inspiring speech, highlighting the significance of art and fashion in today’s world. Meanwhile, Sheila Romero delivered a heartfelt speech, emphasizing the seamless blend of art and fashion in our modern age. Romero, who is this year’s co-chair, helped organize the whole event including the chosen masters and awardees of the night.
The event reached its pinnacle with the prestigious awarding ceremony, where Bea Alonzo presented the Masters, and Heart Evangelista recognized the emerging artists as the awardees of the night.
The music goes on
As the night wore on, many guests made their way to Salon De Ning for the after party. JEFRË, Siobhan Moylan, KC Del Rosario, Arci Muñoz, and DJ Nix Damn P were seen chatting and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere in one of the lounges.
Making an appearance as well were Tweetie De Leon, Carlos Barrera, Ferdi Salvador, Pinky Tobiano, Jesha Abad, Franco Laurel, Jinggoy and Mutya Buensuceso, and Carlo Calma.
Ruby Chua and Yoli Ayson took to the dance floor, gracefully moving to the beats of Butter B and Anton Fausto. The new generation of the “it” crowd, including Mavy Legaspi, Kyline Alcantara, Chris Nick, and Bianca Umali, united on the dance floor, creating an electric ambiance.
Newly married couple Ben Lim and Verniece Enciso were spotted having a great time with designer Mark Bumgarner, forming a stylish trio that radiated positive energy.
As the night came to a close, laughter and fond memories lingered in the air, solidifying the MEGA Ball as a remarkable celebration of art, fashion, and the star power that brings it all to life. The event’s fusion of diverse personalities, exquisite fashion choices, and breathtaking performances will undoubtedly be remembered as an iconic moment in the art and fashion scene.
