This year’s ABS-CBN Ball has officially commenced and the red carpet was filled with exquisite gowns designed by the country’s finest. There was an abundance of glittered pieces done in various silhouettes, such as the staple fitted finish and the opulent ball gowns—all of which were interpreted in the different actresses’ personal styles.
However, we’re putting the spotlight on a young star who never fails to grace any event adorned in the most contemporary yet eye-catching pieces, and that is none other than Belle Mariano herself.

Hand in hand with on-screen partner Donny Pangilinan, the 21 year-old channeled her inner princess spirit by opting to wear a gold embellished gown designed by Filipino designer Michael Leyva. The dress had a one shoulder detail and a semi-sheer cutout by the waist—simple yet it was the ideal style for the overall design. Looking at the piece as a whole, it only made sense to have an understated composition since it was decorated with gold embellishments from top to bottom.
As for her glam, the young actress opted for an effortless and natural look—another way to balance out the grandeur of her ensemble. Hair stylist, MJ Rone, finished her hair in loose waves with a middle part. Meanwhile, makeup artist Jake Galvez did a glowy makeup, which made Belle look fresher and more youthful than ever.
