As Paris Fashion Week Men’s comes to an end, Gabbie Mariano has a conversation with MEGA Man on what’s next for men’s fashion
Paris Fashion Week’s nature is like a garden, sprouting trends that bloom like spring flowers. Or, in Hermès’ case, it brought a refreshing breeze of the ocean, with designs that shimmered like sunlight on water and captured the serenity of the sea. In the waves of camera clicks and fluttering praises, fashion content creator Gabbie Mariano attended the Hermès Spring/Summer 2025 presentation capturing the core of impeccable dressing.

The Hermès Spring/Summer 2025 collection demonstrates its ability to remain grounded in its values while easily accepting the present. With Véronique Nichanian’s artistic direction, the collection displays the Maison’s spirit of life, reimagined and evolved through transitory pieces with a coastal code perfect with a glass of red wine at hand.
Vivid oceanic shades—crisp ice blue, deep navy, and bright cerulean—swam alongside sweet raspberry pink, fresh mint green, creamy almond, and rich chocolate. They create a palette reminiscent of a delectable gelato. Cool and compelling, these colors are an ideal choice for a summer wardrobe.
The Gabbie Mariano Look
When asked about his outfit, Mariano steered a stylish seascape that was sure to miss a surprise iceberg. “I wore a crinkled zip overshirt from the Hermès Summer 2024 collection, layered with a simple tank top and beige trousers,” he shares. “I accessorized with a Twilly scarf, my special order Kelly Depeches Pochette, and cream-colored derbies with a Kelly lock for my shoes.” It was a look that navigated the smooth waters of precision through a tranquil Hermès sea.
A Breeze of Fresh Fashion
From the moment the first model strolled the runway, Mariano was captivated. “From the very first look that came down, you could already tell it’s quintessentially Hermès,” he says. “Véronique Nichanian has a way of making sure each collection stays true to the brand’s core, yet still refreshing each time. This collection had the summer breeze and calm oceans in mind, something that was achieved through the colors, materials, and effortless styling.” His description conjured images of airy fabrics and serene palettes, a perfect homage to sun-drenched days and tranquil seas.
Naturally, some pieces stood out more than others. “Among the cool tones that went down the runway, the looks with buvard pink overshirts definitely stood out. The color was still delicate, yet striking,” he explains further “Another thing that caught my eye was the jewelry. My favorite is the chain d’ancre bracelet. It adds a bit of edge to one’s look.” Mariano’s knack for balancing grace with a hint of audacity is crystal clear here.
The Pleasure in Dressing
Being a content creator in the fashion industry, Mariano offered insightful observations on current trends. “I’ve noticed that brands continue the shift to bringing ease and pleasure in dressing to their clients,” he states. “Whether that be through modular clothing, transitional pieces, or high-quality staples that can be worn a multitude of ways.”
His vision for the future of men’s fashion is like stumbling upon an oasis in the desert—refreshing, unexpected, and desperately needed. “As we move into a more inclusive fashion world, I would think this pattern will continue, as a way to be more inviting and also practical,” Mariano says.
Impressions are brief, but deeply powerful. Hermès once again shows that great style extends far beyond trends, no matter the city, beach, or even a mountain, let alone somewhere in virtual reality. The Maison’s identity stays within eternal sophistication, evolves to subtle innovation, and always touches upon the soft brush of a summer breeze.
